Dr. Zarychta is renowned for her ability to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI innovation and real-world clinical and commercial deployment—helping hospitals, insurers, policymakers, and innovators navigate the complexities of digital transformation with clarity, rigor, and ethical foresight.
A physicist by training, she holds a PhD in Laser Physics from Sorbonne Paris North University, along with Master’s degrees in Physics and Biomedical Engineering. She has further strengthened her leadership and strategic expertise through executive education at Harvard Business School and Harvard Medical School, focusing on digital health strategy, healthcare finance, and innovation management.
Dr. Zarychta advises public and private healthcare stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific, bringing an integrative perspective at the intersection of AI technologies, biomedical innovation, systems thinking, and value-based care design. Her work is especially impactful in aligning the interests of hospital systems, insurers, regulators, and venture-backed healthtech companies seeking scalable and responsible innovation pathways.
She has served as an expert advisor to the European Commission, evaluating more than 800 frontier healthtech proposals under initiatives such as Horizon Europe, the European Innovation Council Pathfinder, and WomenTechEU. Her evaluations emphasize equitable access to AI-enabled diagnostics, predictive systems, digital therapeutics, and personalized medicine.
In industry leadership roles, Dr. Zarychta has driven European market expansion for AI-powered medical imaging platforms at HistoIndex, and played a key role in securing a €35 million loan from the European Investment Bank to commercialize a breakthrough oncology device. Through her consulting practice, she supports venture capital firms, founders, and multinational organizations with due diligence, strategic positioning, and cross-border go-to-market execution.
Her expertise spans oncology, women’s health, mental health, and biomedical digital
diagnostics—areas that are increasingly central as healthcare leaders confront difficult questions around reimbursement, integration, equity, governance, and risk-sharing in the age of connected care.
