He held leadership positions including International Sales & Marketing Director at Bahçeci Sağlık Grubu and International Sales and Marketing Manager at Dünyagöz Hastaneler Grubu, where he expanded outbound patient services and cultivated global referral networks. Earlier in his career, Johan also worked in strategic business development roles outside healthcare, giving him a multidisciplinary perspective on scaling organisations and navigating competitive international markets. 

Johan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, grounding his professional journey in a strong foundation of strategic marketing, international commerce, and cross-cultural engagement. His academic background, combined with years of hands-on experience, enables him to design and implement effective global market strategies that align with both clinical excellence and sustainable growth.
